How to easily make delicious chicken pizza at home:


Chicken Pizza


For the Dough:


1. Flour - 3.5 cups



2. Salt - 2 tsp



3. Sugar - 1 tsp



4. Olive Oil - 2 tbsp



5. Warm Water - 1 cup (You might need a little more than 1 cup)



6. Yeast - 1 tsp


Mix yeast in warm water and cover it for 5 minutes until it activates (starts bubbling).


In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and oil. Add the yeast-water mixture to the flour and knead for about 10 minutes. The dough will be sticky.


Rub a little olive oil around the dough, cover it with cling film, and let it rise in a warm place.





Pizza Sauce:


1. Tomatoes - 4


Blend the tomatoes into a smooth paste, then cook them for a few minutes with a little olive oil.




2. Oregano - 1/2 tsp



3. Basil (dried) - 1/2 tsp



4. Parsley - 1/2 tsp


These spices can be found at any grocery store.




5. Chopped Garlic - 2 tsp



6. Salt - to taste



7. Ground Black Pepper - 1 tsp



8. Sugar - a pinch


Mix all ingredients and cook for 2 minutes. Once the sauce thickens, let it cool.





Pizza Toppings:


You can use any toppings you like. For a chicken pizza, here’s a suggestion:


Cheese – as much as needed for covering the pizza


Chopped Onion, Sweet Corn, Mushrooms, JalapeƱo, Chicken pieces – as per your preference.



Baking Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) for 20 minutes with the pizza stone or tray inside.



2. Divide the dough into two portions. Roll one portion out like a thick or thin flatbread, depending on your preference. Traditional Italian pizzas are thin.



3. Remove the pizza stone, place the rolled dough on it, and spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce over the dough. Add your preferred toppings and cheese.



4. Drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil on top. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes, turning it halfway through so it cooks evenly.




Alternative Method (Without Oven):


Place the pizza base in a steel dish, add sauce, toppings, and cheese. Place the dish inside a larger steel pot with a stand at the bottom. Cover the pot and cook on low-medium heat for about 20 minutes, checking occasionally.



Serve the hot and delicious chicken pizza!


Other Pizza Variations:


Fish Pizza: Substitute chicken with minced fish.


Mutton Pizza: Use spiced mutton pieces as the topping.


Egg Noodles Pizza: Make a base with noodles and top with vegetables, cheese, and eggs.


Vegetable Pizza: Use any combination of vegetables for a healthy option.
